The breakfast was good. I saw a decent selection of hot items like eggs and sausages. There was also cold options such as cereals. My room was equipped with a television that had a wide range of channels. The bathroom included complimentary toiletries, like shower gel.

i found the staff to be helpful during check-in and check-out they were both quick and efficient. the room had full shade curtains and that was very nice. i also liked the soft clean carpet in the room it. the bathroom was also good and i liked the shower.
the hotel could use a refresh the carpets felt a bit old.

the twin room featured adequate space it included two separate beds each with its own bedside table and reading lamp. there was also a wardrobe and a desk plus a television that worked well and offered a good selection of channels.

the restaurant offered a buffet with a reasonable variety of options the food quality was acceptable. the dining area was generally clean and well-kept however the coffee machine line was sometimes slow during peak hours.

the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay they promptly addressed any concerns i raised. the check-in and check-out processes were both efficient and streamlined which i found convenient and appreciated.

there is also parking on site and that is helpful especially because it is in the city. i could keep my bags at the hotel until late.

i stayed for three nights and found the location convenient. chalk farm tube station is a short walk. primrose hill is also easily accessible. the room had fresh towels, and i appreciated the toiletries provided. the room size was good for my needs.
the bathroom lacked any heating.

I appreciated the staff's friendly assistance. They held our luggage before check-in. A good room upgrade included a balcony with a fine view! The room was impeccably clean. The location was very convenient and near local shops. I found it easy to get around.
I noticed the fan in the cupboard was a bit faulty. It didn't work very well

The executive double room was spacious and very tidy, with plenty of plug sockets available for charging devices. I found this very convenient. The shower pressure in the bathroom was excellent. Toiletries were provided and replenished when needed.

The hotel is very close to Camden Town and local shops, easy to explore the area. I could quickly access various amenities. A tube station is less than ten minutes away. This offered fast access to the city center.

Although breakfast wasn't included, there was a kettle, and tea was available in the room. I easily made hot drinks. There's a bar on site offering a selection of beverages and snacks. I saw several restaurants and cafes nearby, providing dining alternatives.
